Yes, samples are always free. but please cover the courier fee. The delivery time is 1-3 days. If customized samples, time spent are different according to artwork, 7-15 days for a pre-production sample.

25-40 days after the receipt of advance payment and confirmation of pre-production samples, according to the order quantity.

30% in advance, balance before shipment. When amount＞1,000USD.
